Product Description

This is a physical IC identification card issued by SEGA for use with their arcade games (maimai, CHUNITHM, Wacca, Ongeki). The card is used solely as a player identification token to load your free in-game profile when you tap it on the arcade cabinet.

What this card is:

• A plain plastic IC card with a unique identifier number
• A physical accessory for arcade gameplay
• Equivalent in function to a library card or gym membership card

What this card is NOT:

• NOT a prepaid card or stored-value card
• NOT a gift card or top-up card
• NOT redeemable for cash, credits, or in-game currency
• NOT a payment instrument of any kind

The card contains no monetary value. Players still pay each arcade operator separately in local cash for every play session. This card only stores your gameplay history (high scores, song unlocks, friends list) on SEGA's servers.
